The British boxer prepares to battle the American YouTuber in an eight-round fight which will be broadcast live on the streaming platform.
Briton Joshua declared he will "overwhelm entirely" Jake Paul and "defeat" his opponent as the combatants met personally to build hype for next month's bout.
Former two time unified heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua meets social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a massive disparity - at Miami's arena on 19 December.
Fighter's Mindset
"I will break his face and damage his physique. I aim to demonstrate I'm superior," the British boxer, 35, said.
"I will dominate him completely. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I intend to really want to injure him. That's what I want to do."
Civil Exchange
In spite of such comments, a calm Anthony Joshua and social media star Paul - normally famous for his showmanship - exchanged pleasantries and kept it respectful with each other.
Jake Paul rather targeted former Joshua's opponent the Cameroonian fighter and called him "ridiculous" after Ngannou rejected a match opportunity.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, took aim at British opponent Tyson Fury - and declined a large bet 'The Gypsy King' claims he will make on a victory for Paul.
"[Paul] is superior to Fury - he's present here," the boxer said.
"I acknowledge that."
Legitimate Fighter
In spite of declaring he will punish Paul, Joshua chose not to speak negatively about his opponent's fighting skills.
"Jake Paul is a legitimate boxer," he remarked.
Jake Paul's Background
Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has mostly fought MMA fighters or faded names since turning professional.
He lost to Briton Fury in last year.
Commercial Attraction
Still, the inexperienced fighter remains one of boxing's largest financial successes, consistently making substantial earnings.
Forecast and Belief
The 28 year old forecast a stoppage in round four or five and claimed he would prevent the much-anticipated Joshua–Fury fight, which is allegedly being planned for 2026.
"It will be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul said.
Size Disparity
As the two fighters participated in the usual stare-down, with their size difference on show, it highlighted just how unlikely this entire matchup is - and how astonishing it is that the bout is really happening.
